Opening screen defaults to the Start, Client Call Prompts and the Referral Action Prompts windows. The Start window contains frequently used tools. The menu items at the top of the screen for Actions, Reports, Psychometrics, CPD Manager and Utilities, provide the full range of applications.

Diary page. If the diary is used well, you will produce all your financial reports and documents with one click on a button. Each diary entry represents an item of income. The key is the Referral Id, the Duration and the Fee Code.

CPD Manager User's Guide. CPD Manager is a useful tool for any psychologist to keep track of your Continuing Professional Development. CPD Manager is designed directly from the CPD Guidelines provided by the Psychology Board of Australia (PBA).

Session notes need to be concise and process-oriented. These notes are organised in such away to capture the essence of what you are doing and how you are doing it. It should be possible to complete the session notes before the next client walks into your room. If at a later time you find the need to improve the notes, say because of a subpoena, then you have that option. The Session Notes for each client are printable to a clearly laid out report.

Invoice document seen through the Screen View option. All reports can be printed to the screen for preview before wasting paper. This example shows the owner’s details printed as the header. This option can be turned off and on if you are printing onto your pre-printed letterhead. Also, in the header shown there are labels "MediCare", "NSW PsycReg", and "ABN", these are all variables that can be set to any label that suites your situation and country.

Generate invoices works on the principle that if the diary is correct, then the cash book and the invoices will be correct. There’s no doubt about it. This means that your diary will contain all your income producing activities. These activities include standard sessions/consultations, standard reports, case conferencing, supervising, tutoring, training, travelling, etc. If you do have other income say from selling books, or multimedia materials, or non-standard reports, then these sales are recorded in the Off Diary Sales window.
