Call or email if you get stuck, don't just leave it or struggle on.

There might be missing componants in your Windows instalation. If you see an error 0x8004054 when using a popup calender, then this is fixable within Windows. Go to Start/Run enter regsvr32 mscal.ocx. If your computer does not have mscal.ocx then go to www.fontstuff.com/mailbag/qvba01.htm.

Monday 17 October 2011, 2:00PM, all downloads are for the upgraded PsycPracPro10. The most obvious advantage is that the upgrade allows a 60 day trial period instead of the 30 day trial period.

If you already have an old 30-day trial version, then please delete it and un-install the Visual DataFlex 2009 Client Engine 15.x, and download and install the new PsycPracPro10 (Client Engine is the Runtime software).

If you have already created data in the 30-day trial version that you wish to preserver, then contact PsycPrac before you do anything.

Runtime Engine download is possible at any time. If for example you accidentally lose the file and something goes wrong with your computer, it is always here to re-install at any time. If you have lost your licence key code, then contact PsycPrac immediately.
